With the Men's Ironman World Championships taking place in Nice, a little closer to home than Kona, it was a great opportunity to watch and experience the highest level athletes in long distance triathlon, competing.

Whilst the focus is primarily on the pros at the front of the race, there are also over 2,000 age-group athletes racing. For these athletes, just like the pros, this event represents the culmination of months of dedicated training.
